1991/92 Season - Heineken Division 1

Both Trafford Metros and Blackburn Blackhawks, the two teams who were forced to fight it out in relegation play-offs failed in their bid. Although Lee Valley Lions finished the season just one place above Blackburn they were nonetheless 10 points clear of them, although still 11 points behind Milton Keynes Kings!For the 1992/1993 season the Lions were joined in their division by Sheffield Steelers, Medway Bears and from the Premier Division, Ayr Raiders.
