Additional Comments: Cleveland Bombers entered this game as the only team in the division to still be unbeaten. Sadly they were still unbeaten by the 60:00 buzzer! (Cleveland had had eight wins and two draws.) Both teams changed netminders during the final period of this game, Lions swapping from Ian Cade to Charlie Colon and Bombers from Frank Killen to Terry Ward. Chris Leggatt had played an exceptional game, scoring all three of our goals! Referee was unnamed, Linesmen were Kenny and Hawkes. |
