Lions in London derby article on Pro Hockey News
Dave Carr has written an article on this weekend’s clash between the Lions and their London rivals, Haringey Racers. The article, which includes an interview with coach Gary Dodds, can be found on the Pro Hockey News website.

Fans of the original Lions might be interested to know that import Barry Smith went on to an impressive coaching career and he is currently based at Swedish side, Modo. Mikael Uhlin, who runs a site about the former London Lions, has kindly sent me an article about Barry that featured in a Swedish magazine, together with an English translation. Remembering Martin Berry…
I’ve been informed that a minute’s silence will be held at this weekend’s game against Chelmsford, in memory of Martin Berry, Joe’s father. Martin provided a lot of help and support to the club over the years and he sadly passed away earlier this year.
