It’s been pointed out to me that Andrew Boot was, in fact, not the only Lion to have played every single game this season. Nick Alley also played every game. Sorry I missed you off, Nick. I think I missed a game out of his stats from the time he was due to have a game ban that ended up being revoked.

FAQs page
As I get so many people asking the same sort of questions a lot, I’ve decided to put the most frequently-asked ones on a dedicated FAQs page. If anyone contacts me with a question that has already been adequately answered on the site, the only reply I’ll give will be a link to the FAQs page. All other queries will be answered in full, as usual.
Andrew Boot deserves a mention
I think credit should be given to netminder Andrew Boot. Andrew, along with the rest of the team, went through some difficult times this season and sometimes faced a ridiculous number of shots. Andrew turned out to be the ONLY member of the squad who turned up to play EVERY single game, regardless of location or circumstances, and for that level of commitment he should be commended.
One point from unplayable Swindon game
Lack of ice time has meant it has not been possible to arrange a second home game against Swindon before the end-of-season deadline, so it has been agreed that both teams will be awarded one point.
New signing
We are pleased to announce that the Lions have made a new signing in the shape of Nathan Higgins, a forward of formidable size.
